SignSyncer is an email signature management platform. It centrally designs, deploys, and governs email signatures for individuals or entire organizations — synced to your directory, consistent across every inbox.
For an individual signature, about two minutes with the free generator. For a company-wide rollout, most teams connect their directory and deploy in under a day.
No local software is required. Deployment happens via the Outlook Add-in, Chrome extension, or server-side injection — none of which need to be installed on every device manually.
Yes — the Free plan is genuinely free for one user, not a time-limited trial. See the pricing page for the full plan comparison.
Yes, anytime from your account settings. Yearly billing is discounted against the monthly rate on every paid plan.
Business and Business Pro plans are priced per user with a minimum of 5. You can add or remove seats as your team changes.
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Exchange (on-premises, hybrid, or Online) — individually or all at once from one admin console.
No. Deployment uses native platform APIs or server-side post-send injection — your mail flow and DNS records stay untouched either way.
Client-side (Outlook Add-in, Chrome extension) shows the signature at compose time. Server-side appends it after sending, covering every device including mobile. Most organizations run both.
New hires are detected via directory sync and assigned a signature automatically. Removing someone from the directory deactivates their signature — no manual IT step either way.
No. SignSyncer never accesses, reads, or stores email content — it manages only the signature appended to outgoing messages.
Yes — directory sync (Entra ID, Google Directory, or Active Directory) is strictly read-only. SignSyncer never requests write access to your directory.
SignSyncer is pre-launch and does not yet hold third-party security certifications. Security documentation will be published as the product matures — reach out if you need current details for a procurement review.
Yes. Role-based access lets marketing update banners, run campaigns, and schedule promotions independently, within the guardrails IT has set.
Yes — assign templates by department, group, or organizational unit. Legal, Sales, and Support can each carry a different signature automatically.
Only the fields you unlock. Admins lock brand-critical fields like logos and disclaimers, while employees can update approved personal details through the Employee Hub.
